Established in 2010, Regency Health is a Cheltenham-based medical insurance broker that provides independent advice on new and existing policies to individuals and businesses across the UK. Regency Health works as the agent of the client, not the insurer, and provides its advice without charge or obligation.
Brian Walters, managing director, is a regular commentator to the national press on health insurance matters and writes regularly for the trade press. Brian holds the Certificate in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute and has served on various industry committees and panels.
Regency Health has won Best Individual PMI Intermediary at the Health Insurance Awards five times (2010, 2012, 2014, 2016 and 2017), has been Protection Review's Health Insurance Adviser of the Year four times (2013, 2014, 2015 and 2021), and won Health Adviser of the Year at the Investment Life & Pensions Moneyfacts Awards in 2015.
